From: "Steve Mickeler" Sent: Wednesday, August 07, 2002 8:33 AM Subject: custom debian woody iso Hi Matt, I have created a custom debian woody netinst iso based on the bf2.4 series but I have updated the following on the iso. 1) upgraded from kernel 2.4.18 to 2.4.19-ac4 2) included both aacraid AND megaraid support in the kernel which will allow it to be used with pretty much all of the dell PERC raid cards. 3) included e1000 ( intel's 10/100/100 card ) and tg3 ( the broadcom based 10/100/1000 ) support for the 2 different copper gigabit nics that Dell is shipping the servers with. I've tested it on a pe1650 and a pe2650 without problems. Its a netinst iso so its only about 8 megs. [-] Steve Mickeler [ steve@neptune.ca ]
