Red Hat Enterprise Linux 2.1 Update 3 Anaconda Fix: 2004-06-03

updates-RHEL2.1U3.img.gz  is a gzipped 1.44MB floppy image containing an
updated 'anaconda' file.  This fixes the RHEL 2.1 Update 3 install
problem where the message "you are trying to install to a live
machine, that's incredibly stupid" would otherwise appear.

$ gpg -v updates-RHEL2.1U3.img.gz.sign
$ gunzip updates-RHEL2.1U3.img.gz

(insert a floppy disk)
$ cat updates-RHEL2.1U3.img > /dev/fd0

Boot the RHEL 2.1 Update 3 CD #1.  At the boot: prompt, add the word
'updates'.  You'll be prompted for an updates floppy.  Insert the
floppy you just made.
