Boot Settings
Use this window to control the system boot settings.
NOTE: This help page may
include information about features and values not supported by your
system. Server Administrator only displays the features and values
that are supported on your system.

Boot Mode
Determines the boot mode of the system.
UEFI Boot Settings | Enables booting to Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) capable operating systems. |
---|---|
BIOS (default) | Ensures compatibility with operating systems that do not support UEFI. |
Boot Sequence Retry
Enables or disables the Boot Sequence Retry feature.
Disabled (default) | The system will not re-attempt the Boot Sequence. |
---|---|
Enabled | The system will re-attempt the Boot Sequence after a 30-second timeout if the last boot attempt has failed. |
Set Boot Order FQDD1- FQDD16
The SetBootOrderFqdd
fields specify
a list of FQDDs representing the boot list to be applied on the next
boot. The field displays the setting for n number of boot order.
Set Legacy HDD Order FQDD1- FQDD16
The SetLegacyHddOrderFqdd
fields specify a list of FQDDs representing the Legacy HDD list
to be applied on the next boot.
