OpenManage is a software suite from Dell that can help you with your system management.

The following software packages exist:

OpenManage System Build and Update Utility		point your server to a repository for an automated update
OpenManage System Update Utility		update firmware
OpenManage Deployment Toolkit		contains the racadm command line tool to configure your DRAC (c)ard contains the raidcfg command line tool to configure your raid level etc. contains the syscfg command line tool to configure your bios settings
