Ubuntu 7.10/Issues/External Mini USB Modem Driver

Description: Dell External Mini USB modem driver is not available.
Systems Affected: XPS M1330n
Impact: Can't use Dell External Mini USB modem.
Fix: Download driver dgcmodem_1.03_i386.deb, which has been tested and qualified for Ubuntu 7.10.
After downloading the deb, install it:
$ sudo dpkg -i dgcmodem_1.03_i386.deb
This driver is also available in rpm format and for x86_64 here. These packages were not tested and/or qualified and are provided as-is.
