With the exceptions noted below, all drivers necessary for this system are Free/Open Source, included in the Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn CD.
Restricted Drivers
Systems may be ordered with optional components which require non-Free/Open Source drivers.
- Intel IPW3945
- nVidia Video Cards with 3D accelerated graphics may use the nvidia package from the restricted repository. This is available in the Ubuntu restricted repository.
- Conexant modem requires the proprietary hsfmodem driver. This is available only from support.dell.com.

This one has an ATI Video controller, not the nVidia or Intel graphics controller.
