Systems Affected: Inspiron E1505n
Description:With integrated Intel graphics 945GM using Intel i810 driver and connected to an external monitor, cycling through all display modes using Fn+F8 works a few times and then the screen goes blank.
Impact:Unable to use X
Workaround:Reboot the system
Fix: No fix available at this time. Issue being tracked in Launchpad# 110379
